To request a refund, please contact our support team with your order details and the reason for your request. Refunds are processed in accordance with our refund policy, and eligible requests are typically completed within 5–7 business days.
To redeem a coupon, simply enter your coupon code in the designated field at checkout and click “Apply.” If the coupon is valid, the discount will be applied to your total. Make sure to check the coupon's expiry date and any applicable terms and conditions.
Making Courses
To change your account name, log into your account and navigate to the "Account Settings" section. There, you can update your name and other account details. If you encounter any issues, feel free to contact our support team for assistance.
To unsubscribe from IDP emails, simply click the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any of our emails. If you're unable to find the link, you can also update your email preferences in your account settings or contact our support team, and we'll assist you with the unsubscription process.
To change your password, go to the "Account Settings" section of your profile. Click on "Change Password," and follow the instructions to update your password. You may be asked to verify your identity for security reasons. If you've forgotten your current password, you can use the "Forgot Password" option on the login page to reset it.
